Preferred stock investors in Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. are scheduled to receive fourth-quarter 2026 dividends across four series, with payments running from Nov. 16 to Jan. 15, 2027, the company said Oct. 16.

Series B, the 5.5% Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, is scheduled to pay $0.3438 per share on Jan. 15, 2027. Holders recorded on Dec. 30, 2026, qualify. Series D, the 8.25% Cumulative Preferred Stock, is due to pay $0.5156 per share that day to holders recorded on Dec. 31, 2026.

Series E Redeemable Preferred Stock has three payments of $0.15625 per share: Nov. 16, 2026; Dec. 15, 2026; and Jan. 15, 2027. Its corresponding record dates are Oct. 30, Nov. 30 and Dec. 31, 2026.

The amount for Series M Redeemable Preferred Stock depends on the CUSIP. Holders of 10482B705 and 10482B887 are scheduled to receive $0.18125 per share on each payment date. The amount is $0.17917 for 10482B796, 10482B861, 10482B770 and 10482B846, and $0.17708 for 10482B820. Series M follows the same payment and record-date calendar as Series E.

Series E and M each have three installments in the schedule; Series B and D have a single quarterly payment in January. Braemar said in February that the four series have equal distribution priority. In February, Braemar said it would “reserve” Series B and D dividends monthly while continuing to pay those series quarterly.

Braemar invests in luxury hotels and resorts as a real estate investment trust. In an Oct. 8 update, the company projected that its separation from Ashford and move to self-management would be complete by mid-November 2026. The first payments in the new schedule, for Series E and M, are set for Nov. 16, 2026.
