Brazil’s central bank lists 120 crypto-service applications, with 119 still under review, in a roster that records their status but does not grant firms authority to operate.
Banco Central do Brasil updated the roster Friday, Nov. 6. Of the 120 entries, 73 cover intermediation, 46 brokerage and one custody.
The 119 applications under review and the one rejected filing account for all entries on the roster. A place on the roster is not itself operating authority.
