A fresh Bybit disclosure puts its mainstream holdings at $17.3 billion, with the exchange saying each of 50 assets had more in reserves than customers were owed on Oct. 27.
The exchange released its 41st proof-of-reserves report Nov. 3; the balance snapshot was taken at 2 a.m. EDT (06:00 UTC) on Oct. 27. Bybit said HACKEN conducted an independent verification of the report.
Bybit listed about 3.72 billion USDT in wallets against about 3.31 billion USDT in customer assets, a 112% reserve ratio. For USDC, it reported 571.8 million in wallets against 140.9 million in customer assets, a 405% ratio.
Bitcoin (BTC) reserves were 58,643 BTC against 57,373 BTC in customer assets, a 102% ratio. Ether (ETH) reserves were 566,997 ETH against 558,637 ETH, a 101% ratio.
Bybit’s prior report valued mainstream assets at $19.6 billion for its Sept. 23 snapshot, about $2.3 billion above the latest reported total. That release said 10 tokens had joined a 50-asset coverage set. Bybit’s Nov. 3 announcement does not explain the lower reported value or provide an asset-by-asset comparison showing whether the totals are directly comparable.
Bybit’s Help Center says users can check published wallet addresses and balances against blockchain data using the relevant block height.
