Located in Huntsville, Texas, Midtown Sam Houston was built in 2017 and is located one mile from Sam Houston State University. The 120-unit property includes a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, computer lab, game and billiards room, outdoor grills and tanning area. Each unit features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, and faux wood floors.
