ADDISON, Texas, Dec. 12, 2016 -- Cafesano, a casual Italian and Mediterranean Bistro in Northern Virginia, has successfully opened a second, larger location in Dulles, VA with help from Long Range Systems’ Table Tracker system.
Cafesano has used the Table Tracker system for nearly a decade in their original Reston, VA location as a way to increase efficiency during their fast-paced lunch and dinner business. “We launched our second location with a boost of confidence knowing that we could rely on Table Tracker,” says Cafesano Director of Marketing Joanne McDaniel.
Cafesano’s staff agrees that implementing Table Tracker in their original location nearly 10 years ago has been a huge time-saver. With Table Tracker, servers immediately know where to deliver a piping hot Panini instead of wandering around to find a numbered table tent. When peak rush hits, Table Tracker can save a food runner up to 2-3 minutes per delivery, says McDaniel.
The new Cafesano location in Dulles has capacity to hold 100+ more guests than the original location, including a more spacious patio, full-service bar and express take-out counter. Operations needed to be as smooth and reliable as possible for their recent grand opening. Cafesano was able to easily replicate the Table Tracker solution in their new location on a greater scale, providing servers with the ability to cover the larger floor plan as efficiently as ever.
With Table Tracker, Cafesano has a proven, time-tested solution that ensures fast, accurate delivery during peak hours. Staff members at Cafesano are pleased to be beyond the days of numbered table tents; Table Tracker simply makes their jobs easier, says McDaniel. Knowing that the right dish will make it to the right table in a timely way allows Cafesano’s staff to fully focus on satisfying customer needs.
Cafesano is fortunate to have guests who visit multiple times per week, says McDaniel, and Table Tracker helps ensure they have a positive experience each and every time they choose to visit any Cafesano location.
