In the birthplace of Ethereum and homeland of many top-notch blockchain and crypto projects, the objective of the event is to break down the silos within the blockchain industry and foster conversations that would further lead to progress for every participants involved, CEO and Founder of Untraceable and organizer of the conference, Tracy Leparulo informed.
Well, we meant the Canada’s first blockchain and cryptocurrency event and marketing agency, successfully wrapped its inaugural blockchain event, Blockchain Futurist Conference, which took place August 15-16, 2018 in Toronto, Canada. The conference headlined Canadian Blockchain Week and pushed the boundaries of traditional industry conferences.
Unlike anything seen before in blockchain, the dynamic and interactive event catered to crypto beginners and experts alike through activations, engaging speakers, and unconventional sponsorships.
Tracy Leparulo also mentioned that “we couldn’t be happier with the way Blockchain Futurist Conference turned out. The event brought the entire blockchain and cryptocurrency industry together under one roof, showcasing some of the top homegrown and global blockchain projects and talent.
All in all, the conference featured more than 2,300 attendees, 128 speakers, 61 sponsors, and three separate stages. 12 panels featuring top tier speakers including famed American TV personality Larry King, Ethereum co-founder Anthony Di Iorio, Ethereum co-founder Charles Hoskinson, VoIP creator Jeff Pulver, and Dash CEO Ryan Taylor have been the highlights of the event.
