KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 08, 2017 -- Caravan Health will bring population health strategies to healthcare leaders across the nation by offering a livestream of its second annual Accountable Care Symposium.

Caravan Health’s Accountable Care Symposium is the most innovative and influential event in population-based payment models, and will convene hundreds of healthcare leaders from across the country to address the most pressing concerns of population health today. To accommodate participants who are unable to attend in person, Caravan Health will livestream both days of the general sessions from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. MT on December 6 and 7, 2017.

On day two, participants will learn how to thrive under MACRA as part of a Track 1 ACO, initiatives to crack the MIPS code with Advancing Care Information, and how to sustainably improve the opioid epidemic in their community.
