An Oct. 21 snapshot put Cardano (ADA) 2.21% higher over 24 hours but below the $0.278 trigger analyst Giannis Andreou uses in a cup-and-handle chart scenario.

At 1:04 p.m. ET (17:04 UTC), ADA's quoted price was $0.2276273; that intraday figure was not a weekly close.

Andreou's cup-and-handle reading needs ADA to finish a week above $0.278 and then sustain that level on a later retest. If that happens, the chart sets conditional targets at $0.3633 and $0.3995, while a calculation of the cup's depth points to about $0.416. EconoTimes previously outlined Andreou's weekly-close and retest setup.

Analyst Brian McColl's Oct. 19 chart analysis marked $0.1894, near the Aug. 30 low, as possible support in a bearish case. The $0.278 breakout condition and $0.1894 support are separate chart readings, and neither analyst set a time horizon.
