Cardano Price Eyes $0.30 as ADA Holds Above $0.25

Cardano Price Eyes $0.30 as ADA Holds Above $0.25.

Cardano price traded near $0.2537 on September 28, extending its weekly gain to roughly 11.5% as ADA maintained support around the $0.25 level. The cryptocurrency is now testing a critical technical zone, with $0.26 emerging as the next resistance level that could determine its short-term direction.

The broader crypto market remained relatively stable, with Bitcoin trading around $84,244, Ethereum near $2,679 and XRP at approximately $1.51. Total cryptocurrency market capitalization stood near $2.98 trillion, while Cardano’s market value approached $9.52 billion.

ADA has recovered significantly from around $0.20 in mid-September. Cardano approached $0.26 on September 23 before retreating below $0.24 the following session. A sustained four-hour close above $0.26 could strengthen the bullish outlook and potentially push ADA toward $0.27. If buying momentum continues, the psychologically important $0.30 level could become the next major target.

However, failure to maintain $0.25 could expose Cardano to renewed selling pressure. The $0.20 region, which provided support during the September 24 decline, remains an important downside level.

Technical indicators currently offer mixed signals. Cardano’s four-hour Relative Strength Index stood at 55.54, indicating modest bullish momentum. Meanwhile, the MACD line at 0.0034 remained below its 0.0041 signal line, while the negative 0.0007 histogram suggested momentum was cooling.

Derivatives activity also weakened. ADA trading volume fell 17.44% to $483.74 million, while open interest declined 3.71% to $605.28 million. Options volume plunged 92.94% to just $6,590, with options open interest slipping 0.27% to $374,920.

Despite softer derivatives activity, Cardano’s decentralized exchange ecosystem recorded a sharp increase. Weekly DEX volume surged 2,965%, while 30-day trading reached $248.31 million. However, 24-hour DEX volume stood at only $1.68 million, suggesting much of the monthly activity came from earlier bursts rather than sustained daily demand.

For Cardano price, $0.26 remains the immediate level to watch, with a breakout potentially bringing $0.30 into focus while a reversal could put $0.20 support back in play.
