WOODBRIDGE, Va., Feb. 12, 2018 -- Cardinal Management Group, Inc., is proud to announce that three of our clients were acknowledged by Community Association Institute, DC Chapter, for their outstanding management practices and community outreach. Rippon Landing Master Association was recognized as the 2017 winner for Large Communities (500-999 homes), and The Heights at Penderbrook Condominium for Medium Communities (150-499 homes).
In addition, Loudoun Valley Estates II Homeowners Association was honored as the 2017 Charitable Community of the Year. The Charitable Community Award recognizes the community association that best demonstrates exemplary service to the community outside their own association through community service and charitable works.

Vanessa Olson, President of Rippon Landing Master Association, has thanked Dave Crone, Community Manager at Cardinal Management Group, and Barbara Conrad, On Site Manager at Rippon Landing, for assisting with this accomplishment for the second time in the last five years.
