Caterpillar Inc. plans to report third-quarter 2026 results Oct. 29, offering investors its next earnings update after the heavy-equipment maker recorded $20.5 billion in second-quarter sales and revenues.
The company said Oct. 15 that it will publish the release at 5:30 a.m. CDT. Analysts and institutional investors can join a 60-minute webcast or conference call in listen-only mode at 7:30 a.m. CDT.
Caterpillar reported second-quarter sales and revenues of $20.5 billion, compared with $16.6 billion in the year-earlier quarter. Profit per share was $7.77, while adjusted profit per share came to $8.17. The company said increased sales volume and favorable price realization were the main reasons for the rise.
The release is slated for Caterpillar’s quarterly-results page and PR Newswire. The company also plans to furnish it to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a Form 8-K. Its Oct. 15 announcement did not include third-quarter estimates or projections.
