A Nov. 3 Binance snapshot put Celestia (TIA) at $0.4393 against Tether (USDT), below three hourly EMAs, while hourly RSI measured 28.8 and a daily recovery threshold stood at $0.4542.

The 200-day EMA was $0.4281, below TIA's $0.4393 snapshot quote; the 50-day and 20-day levels were $0.4983 and $0.5207, respectively. Daily RSI stood at 37.3 and was moving lower.

$0.4447, $0.4561 and $0.4920 were the respective hourly EMA readings across 20, 50 and 200 hours, each above the $0.4393 snapshot price.

A low hourly RSI may accompany a short-lived rebound, the analysis said, but that reading alone does not confirm a market low. The analysis marked $0.4542 as the daily pivot; it said the recovery signal would be stronger after a daily close above it.
