Charles Schwab’s board set Nov. 27 as the payment date for a $0.32 quarterly common dividend, keeping the per-share amount unchanged for a third consecutive declaration.

Schwab’s Oct. 22 announcement sets eligibility based on common-share ownership recorded when business closes Nov. 13. In January, the board lifted the quarterly dividend by 19%, from $0.27 to $0.32 per share, then declared the same amount in April, July and October.

A separate Dec. 1 distribution covers six preferred-stock series. At the depositary-share level, the amounts are $0.372000 (Series D), $25.000000 (Series F), $10.000000 (Series H), $0.278250 (Series J), $12.500000 (Series K) and $15.250000 (Series L). Eligibility for those payments is based on Schwab’s records at the close of business Nov. 16.
