BOCA RATON , Fla., March 22, 2018 -- Cleartronic, Inc., (OTCPINK:CLRI) announced that its subsidiary, VoiceInterop, Inc. has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of CanniPlus Global, Inc., a Florida based provider of medical CBD products. Cleartronic’s Board of Directors is also considering other initiatives to unlock the value of VoiceInterop, Inc.
