At the mid-November festival, Cobo plans to show how its institutional wallet can support payments by businesses and agents, and present a refreshed brand.

Cobo puts its institutional reach at more than 680 customers in approximately 50 countries and regions.

Since launching in 2017, Cobo has reoriented its business toward institutional and corporate clients. Cobo closed the app to new sign-ups in 2021. Existing account holders could continue using the app while making withdrawals.

Cobo said the consumer app will close Nov. 30. Users have been asked to move their assets and change or delete Cobo receiving addresses they had shared with other platforms, as EconoTimes previously reported.
