CoinShares’ current product page identifies CTON as the CoinShares Gram Staking ETP, backed by Gram (GRAM), and lists an annual staking reward rate of 10%, up from the 2% rate at launch.

The issuer’s live page dates its figures to Oct. 23, 2026. It lists a 0.00% annual management fee. CoinShares says the stated reward rate increases daily accrual to the product’s coin entitlement and applies until the company issues another announcement. The page also warns that investors can lose capital.

In its Oct. 28, 2025, launch notice, CoinShares called CTON the CoinShares Physical Staked Toncoin ETP. That notice listed a 2% staking yield and no management fee. The current product page lists ISIN GB00BVBM1L91, which also appears in the launch notice. The matching ISIN connects the current Gram-named listing to the product’s original Toncoin-named identity. The 2% and 10% figures describe successive terms for the same product.

CoinShares raised the annual staking reward rate from 2% to 10% effective May 15, 2026. The issuer says the higher rate increases the amount accrued to the product’s coin entitlement. It is a listed product rate, not a guaranteed return for investors.

The token itself changed from Toncoin (TON) to Gram on June 15, 2026. The official Gram of TON announcement said the proposal won 81.22% support in a vote that ended June 8. Existing holders did not have to convert or move their tokens, and the blockchain kept the name The Open Network. CoinShares’ rate-change notice gives no date for a further rate decision.
