Kent McNall, General Manager of ConnectWise Sell, formerly Quosal, said his team’s efforts for the latest software update of the all-in-one, integrated sales platform focused on boosting efficiency by increasing interaction and communication within the full ConnectWise product suite.
“ConnectWise Sell partners will be delighted with the more intuitive navigation experience, increased interactivity across our company’s core set of products, and simplified access to critical business intelligence metrics,” McNall said. “We are constantly looking for ways to improve our software and help our partners grow their businesses. This newest set of enhancements does just that.”
McNall pointed to a “reimagined” electronic ordering process as just one example of how the team has integrated new efficiencies into the ConnectWise Sell solution, giving partners the ability to fulfill customer orders more quickly and better meet customer time requirements. For example, purchase orders can be created automatically now when a deal is won, eliminating the need to re-enter information multiple times, and orders that go through major distributors can be submitted with the click of a button directly from ConnectWise Sell to the distributor’s fulfillment system.
“Our new Electronic Ordering module is a quantum leap forward in the automation of one of the most time-consuming processes our users deal with every day,” said McNall. “When you resell a product, you must procure that product from a distributor like Tech Data or a manufacturer like Cisco. With our new module, we’ve significantly reduced the steps and time it takes to do so.”
Additional enhancements announced include:
- A user interface that shares a common look and feel with other solutions in the ConnectWise product suite, making the customer experience simpler and more intuitive.
- The ability to import information directly from Tech Data into customer quotes and proposals.
- Instant access to business intelligence (BI) data from any page within ConnectWise Sell, making it easier for partners to gain insights into their and their customers’ businesses.
The new features for ConnectWise Sell, one of the most widely deployed quote and proposal applications in the world, are available immediately for all partners.
