AI infrastructure company CoreWeave’s executives disclosed 59,959 shares sold in October through two prearranged trading plans and a tax-withholding sale, with the filings preceding an 11.91% drop in the stock on Oct. 16.

Chief Revenue Officer Jonathan Jones reported selling 21,569 shares on Oct. 13 under a plan adopted June 18, 2026. His filing also lists a separate reported sale entry for 15,811 shares on Oct. 12 to meet tax-withholding obligations tied to restricted stock unit vesting and settlement. The shares in that entry were sold through multiple executions.

Chief Financial Officer Nitin Agrawal reported an Oct. 12 sale of 22,579 shares under a trading plan he amended Nov. 18, 2025, after adopting it Aug. 27, 2025. The executives’ Form 4 filings were submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reported share amounts and weighted-average prices in the filings imply a combined sale value of about $4.75 million. Neither filing states that combined total; it is a calculation based on the reported transactions.

Historical price data show CoreWeave closed at $61.39 on Oct. 16, down $8.30, or 11.91%, from the previous close. The filings place the sales before that session and provide no evidence linking them to the decline.

The transactions add to earlier insider-sale coverage, including EconoTimes’ report on share sales by CoreWeave’s co-founders in 2026.
