Crown Holdings, Inc. kept its 2026 adjusted diluted earnings forecast and projected 4% to 5% growth in global beverage-can volumes, while inflation associated with the Middle East conflict weighed on segment income.

The company maintained its forecast of $8.35 to $8.45 per share. Crown had narrowed that range from $8.30 to $8.50 when it reported third-quarter results, which also showed worldwide beverage-can shipments grew more than 6%. Earlier coverage of the results reported the shipment increase.

Crown's 2026 volume forecast comes amid strong beverage-can demand. Transit Packaging had weak volumes, with higher costs particularly for freight. The company said its earnings forecast accounts for inflation in the fourth quarter.

Crown also set a minimum adjusted free cash flow forecast of $950 million.
