Crown Holdings Inc. will pay $0.35 a share on Nov. 19, maintaining its quarterly dividend; shareholders of record as of Nov. 5 qualify for the distribution.

Crown’s board approved the payment Oct. 22. It matches the rate the company announced in July.

Before its February increase, Crown’s quarterly payout was $0.26 per share. The company raised it to $0.35, a 35% increase, citing earnings and free-cash-flow strength, confidence in its operations and its capital-allocation framework.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Crown supplies rigid packaging products and transit and protective packaging products, equipment and services.
