Grayscale has published its Top 20 Global Crypto Assets list for Q2 2025, which is representative of trending and promising projects in the crypto arena. The list introduces Hyperliquid (HYPE), Grass (GRASS), Story Protocol (IP), Maple (SYRUP), and Geodnet (GEOD). These inclusions are in line with Grayscale's focus on on-chain perpetual trading, data monetization using AI, intellectual property tokenization, lending in DeFi, and decentralized infrastructure.
The highlighted sectors in Grayscale's Q2 2025 list include Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), Real World Assets (RWA), and Intellectual Property Tokenization. Story Protocol (IP) is noted as having the greatest volatility among the top assets at 417.3%.
In this quarter's report, Akash Network (AKT), Arweave (AR), and Jupiter (JUP) were taken off the list. These excludeions are representative of Grayscale's continuous monitoring of market direction to identify assets with high opportunity for risk-adjusted returns
