The CK 93 notice places the redemption details in an attachment labeled CK93_16.10.2026. DLR Kredit said the information would also be distributed through Nasdaq Copenhagen.
EBITDA declined to DKK 13.4 million, while pretax profit fell to DKK 8.9 million. The company said Plan 2026 is progressing as intended.
Weekly purchases cost DKK 1,417,955. Cumulative spending under the DKK 75 million program reached DKK 57,831,397.
The company spent SEK 391.8 million on Class B shares during Oct. 12-16, compared with SEK 746.4 million the week before.
