BusinessDay reported Tuesday that the refinery was on course for a market debut in early December, describing the IPO as a record.
BusinessDay characterized the initial public offering (IPO) as a record. The issuer’s extension notice set the offer at 4.1 billion shares priced at 525 naira apiece, with Oct. 27 as the application deadline and Nov. 3 for collation of returns.
Separately, Premium Times reported that 777,907 women across 15 states would receive 20 refinery shares each without charge. State governments and the Aliko Dangote Foundation were to fund 10 shares apiece, under an earlier reported plan for women to receive refinery shares.
