Chicago, Dec. 15, 2017 -- CHICAGO – Curtis M. Becker, DDS, MSD, was honored with the Private Practice Prosthodontist Award for Region 4 (Rockies/Plains) by the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) at the Annual Awards & President’s Dinner during the 47th Annual Session of the ACP held in San Francisco from Nov. 1-4, 2017.

This award recognizes extraordinary collegiality, outreach and community service, highlighting the role a prosthodontist plays in advancing the quality of life for patients in their community.
“While it is a great honor to be recognized by such an esteemed organization as the ACP, the real joy has been the over 45 years of helping patients with their dental needs,” said Dr. Becker.
Dr. Becker has been a member of the ACP for over 40 years and maintains a private practice in Denver, Colorado. He previously served as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry, where he was also the course director of pre-doctoral courses on dental implants.
Dr. Becker studied Biological Science at Colorado State University, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Marquette University. He began his specialty training in prosthodontics while in the U.S. Air Force, and completed the training at the University of Washington in Seattle, earning a certificate in fixed prosthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) in removable prosthodontics.
