Owners of Sony’s PlayStation 4 console have reason to celebrate the month of January with free games coming their way. One of the more prominent examples is the futuristic action RPG Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, where players take on the role of a protagonist who has cybernetic arms and implants. There are more amazing games available, as well.
Mankind Divided was a critically acclaimed sequel to a storied franchise. Unfortunately, it didn’t perform as well in terms of sales as its publisher had hoped. There are still a lot of gamers out there who haven’t played as Adam Jensen and all his cyborg awesomeness. This month, PS4 players will be able to take him out for a spin for free, BGR reports. Combat terrorism with stealth or with lots of dead bodies.
Of course, the steampunk title isn’t the only one on offer by Sony for the month of January. Another PS4 game that players can get for free is Batman: The Telltale Series. Those who have played other games by Telltale will already know what to expect from this game. Much like the developers’ other works, its representation of the caped crusader is absolutely amazing.
PS3 and PS Vita owners are not being left in the dust either. Sacred 3 and The Book of Unwritten Tales will be available for free on the previous generation console, and these are two excellent titles.
Meanwhile, Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness and Uncanny Valley will be available to PS Vita gamers. Both titles can offer cross-buy with PS4.
As Gamespot notes, there is still time to get the free games that are available for December 2017, which include Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition and Until Dawn: Rush of Blood. Anyone interested in getting those titles without paying for anything will need to rush before the offer is gone.
