(“Axon,” formerly known as TASER International, Inc.) and Enforcement Video, LLC d/b/a WatchGuard Video (WatchGuard) and other topics of interest. The Company will also provide an update on the strategic alternative process recently initiated by the Board of Directors including the recent financing transaction completed by the Company. The Company will release its operating results for the fourth quarter and full year 2017 in a press release prior to the conference call.
