Dover raised its 2026 adjusted earnings-per-share floor to $10.60 and lifted its minimum organic-growth forecast after third-quarter bookings exceeded shipments and grew in all five segments, the company said.

Adjusted EPS guidance for 2026 now runs from $10.60 to $10.75 per share. Dover raised the lower endpoint by 5 cents and held the upper one unchanged. Its organic-growth projection moved to 5% to 6% from 4% to 6% in July, while the total-revenue range increased to 7% to 8% from 6% to 8%. Both growth forecasts therefore have a floor one percentage point higher, with their ceilings unchanged. The revised outlook replaces figures issued with Dover’s second-quarter results on July 23.

Separately, Dover lowered its 2026 GAAP EPS range to $8.93 to $9.08 from $8.94 to $9.14. That reduces the floor by 1 cent and the ceiling by 6 cents from the July estimate. Dover identifies adjusted EPS as a non-GAAP measure and reports the adjusted and GAAP outlooks separately. The two ranges show the adjusted forecast rising at its lower end while the GAAP range moved down.

Dover’s third-quarter results included revenue of $2.23 billion, up 8% year over year, with organic growth of 7%. Adjusted diluted EPS rose 10% to $2.88. Bookings reached $2.31 billion, compared with $2.00 billion a year earlier, an increase of about 16%. Bookings rose at twice the pace of revenue, based on the rounded year-over-year rates.

President and Chief Executive Officer Richard J. Tobin said customer orders grew in every segment and were greater than shipments. He also said some existing orders are slated for delivery in 2027.
