The award was presented at the 19th NASSCOM BPM Strategy Summit in Bangalore, India.
The “Co-Creation” category recognized outstanding efforts by companies to jointly develop ideas, products and services, allowing the customer to co-construct the service experience to suit their context and establish a holistic business function. EXL and CUNA Mutual Group won for optimizing the insurance claims process using Robotics Process Automation (RPA). The solution included establishing an RPA Center of Excellence.
