“I'm thrilled to return to Columbus to show off our new location to my friends, colleagues, and our local supporters”, says Heisman winner Eddie George “I'm proud of my partnership with g3 and I am looking forward to another 10 years of success in Grandview Yard.”
The event features entertainment, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, and libations. Guests can stay for the game as Ohio State University takes on Oklahoma at 7:30pm. The restaurant opens to the public at 6:45pm.
“We are excited to put on this event with Eddie as the football season begins. We love when Eddie is in the restaurant and able to interact with our fans. It’s a great time for football and also food as we roll out our new fall menu launching soon,” says Marc Buehler President of G3 Restaurants (Great Grille Group).
The new chef driven menu features incredible new additions such as Southern Fried Chicken, chicken marinated 24 hours in buttermilk brine with spices and cooked to a golden brown. It is served with garlic-mashed potatoes with a creamy bacon jalapeño gravy, corn & spinach. For the health conscious, this new menu offers two power bowls including a Kale-Pesto Couscous Quinoa. Gameday favorites remain such as wings, National Championship Nachos, and their signature 27 Burger. Eddie George’s also features a variety of cocktails, wine, and craft beers.
The new Grandview location includes private space, which can be used for corporate events, intimate gatherings, football watch, and holiday parties. Eddie George’s Grille 27 is capable of holding any group size up to 380 guests. Custom menus, extensive AV capabilities, and a dedicated event planner are just some of their offerings.
