Elis said third-quarter organic growth reached 3.5%, its strongest pace this year, and reaffirmed 2026 targets as contract rollouts and summer demand lifted revenue to €1.324 billion.

Revenue was €1,323.9 million, compared with €1,248.0 million a year earlier. The 6.1% reported increase included 3.5 percentage points of organic growth, a 1.5-point contribution from acquisitions and a positive currency effect of 1.1 percentage points. Organic growth rose from 3.1% in the first quarter and 3.2% in the second quarter.

For the first nine months of 2026, revenue totaled €3,781.1 million, 5.3% above the same period in 2025. Organic growth for those nine months was 3.3%, according to the company’s Oct. 28 release.

Elis said contracts won during the first half began contributing to sales, supported by earlier spending on its commercial team and sales tools. It also pointed to seasonal hospitality demand in Southern Europe and Scandinavia. In Brazil, the company cited commercial performance and pricing that reflected labor-cost inflation.

Latin America had the fastest reported regional increase, at 15.0%, with organic growth of 3.6% and an 8.8-percentage-point currency effect. Central Europe grew 8.5% on a reported basis and 4.5% organically; Southern Europe grew 8.0% and 6.7%, respectively.

In France, revenue rose 2.6%, including 2.1% organic growth. Elis estimated that wildfires in the Bordeaux region and southern France, along with July and August heatwaves, left revenue about €2 million below the comparable 2025 level.

In Mexico, a reallocation of federal health care volumes had cut the affected volumes by half since June, Elis said, with an estimated impact of about €2 million per month. The company reported no recovery in those volumes and no additional losses during the third quarter.

Elis maintained its 2026 objectives: organic revenue growth slightly below the 3.8% recorded in 2025; slight increases in adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EBIT margins; mid-single-digit free-cash-flow growth; and high-single-digit growth in diluted headline net income per share. It also aims to lower its financial leverage ratio by about 0.1x by Dec. 31. The company said the third-quarter figures were unaudited.

Elis plans to publish annual revenue on Jan. 28, 2027, after market, and full-year results on March 4, 2027, before market.
