EquipmentShare.com Inc, a U.S. construction equipment rental company, upgraded its 2026 projections for revenue and adjusted Core EBITDA on Oct. 19, citing stronger rental demand and leaving its year-end location target unchanged.
The company’s Oct. 19 announcement put expected annual revenue at $5.808 billion to $6.045 billion. Its July 9 outlook had called for $5.254 billion to $5.682 billion.
The company also increased its rental revenue range to $3.823 billion to $3.979 billion, from $3.472 billion to $3.748 billion. That puts projected rental revenue growth at 43% at the midpoint, compared with 33% in the July guidance. The July outlook had already raised that midpoint growth estimate from 29%.
Founder and CEO Jabbok Schlacks cited customer demand, fleet utilization and growth at maturing rental locations as reasons for the higher forecast. The revised rental projection comes with no change to the company’s target of 427 to 435 full-service rental locations by year-end.
EquipmentShare now expects adjusted Core EBITDA of $2.136 billion to $2.224 billion, against its previous range of $1.946 billion to $2.058 billion. The non-GAAP measure excludes payments to outside owners of rental equipment and startup costs in new markets, among other items. Under its OWN Program, the company pays participating equipment owners a share of rental revenue and records those payments as a cost of revenue.
Its forecast for gross rental capital spending remains $2.664 billion to $2.886 billion. EquipmentShare said it will provide actual third-quarter results at its earnings call.
