Evercore’s adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose 23% to $4.28 in the third quarter, while adjusted net revenues reached $1.178 billion for a sixth consecutive quarterly record, the company said Oct. 28.

The figures appeared in an earnings release furnished with Evercore Inc.’s Oct. 28 Form 8-K. Adjusted net revenues increased 13% from a year earlier.

On a U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis, net revenues rose 12% to $1.169 billion. Net income attributable to Evercore Inc. increased to $160.8 million from $144.6 million, and diluted EPS advanced to $3.93 from $3.41.

Advisory fees grew 14% to $1.011 billion. Evercore said large transactions contributed more revenue and that it recognized more advisory fees across 2026. The company linked its run of revenue records to gains in market share, a broader platform and an expanding presence around the world.
