With the Organization of Turkic States’ summit set for Ankara on Oct. 30, 2026, Turkish diplomatic sources told Anadolu Agency that Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met there Oct. 29.
The meeting took place Thursday, Oct. 29, on the sidelines of the OTS Council of Foreign Ministers session. No account of their bilateral discussion was released.
