Five Indian-listed companies have put possible interim dividends before their boards this week, with the decisions set to accompany quarterly results reviews at meetings on Nov. 10 and 11, company filings show.
The notices describe proposals for board consideration; they do not announce dividend payments or amounts. MRF Limited, Cochin Shipyard Limited and NILE Limited have meetings scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 10. Talbros Automotive Components Limited and EAAA India Alternatives Limited are due to meet Wednesday, Nov. 11.
MRF’s board will review unaudited results for the three- and six-month reporting periods through Sept. 30, 2026, and consider an interim dividend. The company named Nov. 17 as a record date, but only if the board approves a payout.
Cochin Shipyard’s agenda also covers unaudited quarterly and half-year results through Sept. 30, as well as a possible interim dividend for fiscal 2026-27. NILE’s board will consider second-quarter results, a possible interim dividend for the same fiscal year and whether to set a record date.
Talbros’ board is set to review unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the second quarter and first half of the fiscal year. Its agenda also includes a potential interim dividend and a record date. EAAA’s notice lists unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half-year through Sept. 30, a possible interim dividend and other business matters.
The filings do not specify dividend amounts. MRF has identified a conditional record date, while NILE and Talbros have listed record-date decisions for their boards to consider.
The board meetings Tuesday, Nov. 10, and Wednesday, Nov. 11, are the next scheduled decision points.
