Five Indian companies are due to review results for the period ended Sept. 30 this week, with boards also weighing dividend proposals that remain subject to approval.
The notices connect possible distributions with reviews of the quarter and half year ended Sept. 30, 2026. Some specify a possible second interim dividend, while exchange listings for others group dividend items with broader meeting business.
Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) is scheduled to meet Monday, Nov. 2. The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) lists financial results, a dividend item and other business on the board agenda.
On Wednesday, Nov. 4, Power Finance Corporation Limited is due to review results for the quarter and half year ended Sept. 30 and consider a second interim dividend, if any. RITES Limited’s notice covers unaudited results for the same periods and consideration of a possible second interim dividend.
The NSE’s board feed also lists NLC India Limited for Nov. 4, grouping its meeting under financial results, dividend and fund-raising matters. Sonata Software Limited is scheduled to meet Thursday, Nov. 5, to review unaudited second-quarter and half-year results and consider a second interim dividend, if any.
RITES said it declared a first interim dividend of ₹1.40 per share with its first-quarter FY2026-27 results on Aug. 4. That payout has been declared; the upcoming agenda concerns a possible additional distribution. The notices do not set an amount or record date for any new dividend.
CONCOR’s meeting is first on Monday, followed by the three Wednesday meetings and Sonata’s board review on Thursday.
