The move expands Oyster’s trading and markets practice, increasing the firm’s ability to help broker-dealers and exchanges enhance controls, implement product lines and platforms, and respond to increasing SEC and FINRA expectations regarding trading rules.

Holman has over 25 years of experience in financial services focused on banking, trading and broker-dealer operations at PaineWebber, Mellon Bank, WIT Soundview and the New York Stock Exchange. His expertise includes market structure and the identification of new opportunities in the global marketplace, designing and implementing multi-asset class platforms and product lines, and managing complex compliance and regulatory issues as an outsourced CCO.
