BOCA RATON, Fla., March 14, 2017 -- Quality and convenience gets a fresh face in Boca Raton, as Fresh Kitchen prepares to open this spring in the new Park Place shopping plaza. Ciccio Restaurant Group (CRG) plans to open the newest location of their successful quick-service brand in late March. They were inspired to further expand the Fresh Kitchen concept after its overwhelming success in Tampa’s Soho district, followed by two more launches in Sarasota and St. Petersburg, which debuted in November 2015 and March 2016, respectively. CRG is no stranger to bowls, as they been featuring them on their menu and perfecting them over the past two decades. And now, they are excited to bring the original build-your-own bowl concept to the East coast of Florida.

Fresh Kitchen invites guests to build their own chef-inspired bowls as fast as they can point! The new Boca storefront is a contemporary space, adorned with local art and vibrant decor. Made from scratch and fresh-to-order, guests are presented with a diverse array of unique bowl ingredients that change with the seasons: including mixed greens, sweet potato noodles, roasted veggies, hormone & antibiotic-free grilled meats, fresh seafood, home-made sauces, flavorful add-ons, fresh-brewed teas, and cane sugar craft sodas. Their entire menu, from start to finish, is 100% gluten free with vegan options available.
Co-founders David Pullman and Ryan Leto, having recently relocated to Boca Raton, will lead Fresh Kitchen’s push into South Florida. Leto joined CRG in 2013 after spending 14 years working under award-winning celebrity chef, Roy Yamaguchi, as a chef partner at Roy’s. Pullman has been a partner at CRG for nearly 10 years, and brings almost 2 decades of hospitality experience in restaurant management and promotions. Founder Steven Lanza will head the brand’s operations in the East Coast market in partnership with Chef and co-founder Ryan Mitchell, a Fresh Kitchen partner since 2012. “Our goal in the opening weeks will be to really immerse ourselves in the area – build relationships with local businesses, develop strong ties with charitable organizations, and connect with guests throughout the Boca community,” shares Pullman.
“We opened our first store in September of 2014 with the mission to change the quick-service game. We don’t believe that guests should have to choose between speed and great food,” Pullman replied when asked about Fresh Kitchen’s beginnings.
Guests can visit the restaurant at 5540 - 5580 N Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33496 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:35 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 9:05 p.m. on Sundays. Fresh Kitchen will be partnering with local charities every Sunday for their first 5 weeks of business, donating 100% of proceeds between the hours of 5-8pm.
