Full Alliance Group, Inc. (OTC: FAGI) is preparing to introduce its JusSpray personal-care brand on TikTok Shop and says it will be YAHIVE’s first active customer, but has not disclosed rollout dates for either channel.
The company said on Nov. 5 that it had launched a redesigned direct-to-consumer website for its hypochlorous acid (HOCl) brand. Full Alliance described JusSpray’s Amazon business as growing but gave no brand-level revenue, unit sales, growth rate or comparison period. Its TikTok Shop plans include product demonstrations, creator partnerships and influencer engagement.
YAHIVE remains under development. Full Alliance describes it as a digital storefront and referral program linking shoppers with companies and independent marketers. An earlier company filing also outlined a tiered rewards structure for the platform. Referral partners could receive payments after transactions meet program terms, though the company has not published payout rates, identified who would fund them or provided a start date.
Full Alliance’s unaudited quarterly disclosure filed with OTC Markets lists consolidated revenue of $1,166,660 and net income of $143,339 for the three months ended Mar. 31, 2026. For the same 2025 quarter, it listed revenue of $708,877 and a net loss of $99,845. The comparison shows stronger company-wide results, but the disclosure does not break out JusSpray or establish its contribution to the change.
Aquaox Pure Solutions Chief Operating Officer William Heneghan said in the release that the company aims to make JusSpray a “nationally recognized consumer brand.” Full Alliance marked the Nov. 5 release as sponsored company information and said it reflected the company’s perspective, not independent investment research.
