The much-awaited return of the Fuller-Tanner-Gibbler gang is finally happening this week. This oversized family will have a lot to celebrate in “Fuller House” season 4 including a pregnancy, the holidays, and budding romance stories.
The official trailer for “Fuller House” season 4 is heavy on the Christmas theme since new episodes are released during the holiday season. The very first episode is titled “Oh My Santa” and the promo video shows their home is already decorated with Christmas ornaments and a huge Christmas tree in the living room.
During what seems like a holiday family dinner, Steve (Scott Weinger) barges in to profess his love for D.J. (Candace Cameron Bure). The two have had a whirlwind of a relationship. But, in “Fuller House” season 4, it is confirmed that they will finally act on their real feelings and get back together. Fans are even treated with a musical-inspired sequence during D.J. and Steve’s official date.
Speaking of love stories, fans also got a sneak peek of Jackson (Michael Campion) and Rocki (Landry Bender) smooching. Seeing these two kissing is not new, but Campion previously confirmed that the development in Jackson and Rocki’s relationship is something to look forward to in “Fuller House” season 4. At one point in the trailer, Jimmy (Adam Hagenbuch) also tells Ramona (Soni Nicole Bringas) he understands if Jackson is looking for a “real relationship with stability, longevity, and security.”
Season 3 ended with a great news that Kimmy (Andrea Barber) is pregnant with Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Jimmy’s child. Kimmy’s pregnancy is going to be the center of “Fuller House” season 4 where the fans will explore how this change will affect her daily activities and funny quirkiness. But based on the official trailer, it does not seem to slow down Kimmy at all.
There will be 13 new episodes which are all expected to be released at the same time like all Netflix original shows. “Fuller House” season 4 is officially out on Friday, Dec. 14 on Netflix.
