Japan’s Nikkei was trading 4.80 pct lower at 18,485.50 points.
Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 5.24 pct lower at 5,425.70 points.
South Korea’s kospi was trading 3.90 pct lower at 1,832.62 points.
Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 4.20 pct lower at 24,180.50 points.
Taiwanese stock was trading around 3.90 pct lower at 10,468.44 points.
