FxWirePro: Asian markets in green ahead of FOMC meeting, gold flat at $1,200 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on Wednesday ahead of FOMC meeting. Gold was trading around $1,201 mark while silver was trading around $14.47 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.21 pct higher at 23,979.22 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.09 pct higher at 6,191.40 points.

Shanghai composite index to open up 0.2 pct at 2,785.32 points and China's CSI300 index to open up 0.3 pct at 3,388.56 points.

Taiwan stocks close was trading around 0.09 pct lower at 10,969.11 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.14 percent higher at 11,083.20 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.02 points higher at 36,649.82 points.
