Data released so far:

New Zealand: ANZ business confidence index declined to -38.3 in September from -50.3 in August.

Upcoming:

France: Consumer confidence report will be published at 6:45 GMT.
Eurozone: ECB will hold non-monetary policy today.
United Kingdom: BBA mortgage report will be published at 8:30 GMT. CBI trade survey report will be released at 10:00 GMT.
United States: MBA mortgage applications report will be published at 11:00 GMT, followed by new home sales report at 14:00 GMT. EIA will release weekly crude oil inventory report at 14:30 GMT. FOMC will announce interest rate decision at 18:00 GMT, followed by the press conference at 18:30 GMT.
Switzerland: SNB will release quarterly bulletin at 13:00 GMT.
New Zealand: RBNZ will announce interest rate decision at 21:00 GMT, followed by the press conference at 22:00 GMT.
