Germany factory orders in the month of October are expected to show some rebound to 1.2 month on month basis and Factory orders WDA yoy are expected to print at -2.5 by the market consensus.
In September, the factory orders were at -1.7%, above from the forecast and that of August as well. The factory orders were very weak last three months, averaging to -2.8%.
"We should see some rebound in both domestic and foreign orders but given the continued challenging external environment, orders are likely to struggle for some time yet. The industrial sector may thus remain a drag to the economy also in Q4", says Societe Generale.
