MENLO PARK, Calif., April 17, 2018 -- Geron Corporation (Nasdaq:GERN) will hold its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. PDT.
Geron’s stockholders are invited to attend the Annual Meeting in person at the company’s offices located at 149 Commonwealth Drive, Menlo Park, California 94025 or by conference call by dialing 877-303-9139 (U.S.) or 760-536-5195 (international). The conference ID is 7197767 or 68816558. If accessing the conference call by telephone, please dial in at least 10 minutes early to minimize any delay in joining the call. Participants attending in person and by conference call will have an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting. First Quarter 2018 Financial Results Announcement Date
Geron will announce its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018 on Thursday, May 10, 2018, after the market close. Due to the proximity of the company’s Annual Meeting, Geron will not be hosting a separate first quarter conference call.
