Glunz & Jensen Holding A/S reported lower revenue and pretax profit for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2026, while saying it cannot yet gauge how trade tariffs may affect its business.
Revenue totaled DKK 101.4 million, down from DKK 108.7 million in the corresponding 2025 period. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, or EBITDA, declined to DKK 13.4 million from DKK 14.2 million. Pretax profit decreased to DKK 8.9 million from DKK 9.6 million.
Glunz & Jensen said implementation of Plan 2026 is proceeding as intended. The plan includes consolidating operations, placing greater emphasis on purchases of parts and materials, updating its approach to bringing products to market, launching new products and adjusting its organization.
The company has not determined how tariffs may affect demand for its equipment, spare parts and services, or what they might mean for profitability. It said it is monitoring its financial performance and will issue revised 2026 guidance if there are material deviations from its Feb. 23, 2026, outlook.
