“Goblin Slayer” episode 4 is where the action will most likely begin. Based on how things ended in the third episode, the characters are expected to enter a goblin nest and start killing them in their sleep.
In the very last scenes of the third episode, viewers saw High Elf Archer kill the two goblins guarding the gate of their nest. And this is where “Goblin Slayer” episode 4 will pick up the pace.
The titular protagonist along with High Elf Archer, Dwarf Shaman, Priestess, and Lizard Priest will all enter the goblin nest in “Goblin Slayer” episode 4. And based on the narrative in the manga series, the massacre of the resident goblins will follow soon.
“Goblin Slayer” episode 4 is expected to derive its stories from the seventh chapter and onwards of the manga series. But this is enough to speculate on how the Goblin Slayer and his company will manifest their abilities and kill up to 50 goblins without much trouble.
Before that, the characters will first carefully analyze the structure of the nest in “Goblin Slayer” episode 4. They will later find out that the nest is built like a spiral and figure out that the goblins have set up alarms.
Later, the Goblin Slayer leads his party to a dungeon, where a tied-up naked woman is being kept as a prisoner and is barely alive. There is no guarantee yet that this is included in “Goblin Slayer” episode 4 but it is somewhat important as it convinces High Elf Lord of the danger that the goblins pose.
However, the most exciting part that is most possibly included in “Goblin Slayer” episode 4 is when the protagonists find up to 50 sleeping goblins in the nest’s main hall. Since they are clearly outnumbered, the Goblin Slayer will have to rely on the others’ spells to avoid waking up the goblins no matter how much noise they make. This way, they can proceed with killing them one by one without alerting the entire nest.
Fans must also note that this is not the only surprise in “Goblin Slayer” episode 4. After killing all the sleeping goblins, the protagonists will be astonished by the arrival of another opponent. He might be alone but he is known to be much stronger, gigantic in size, and is totally not a goblin.
“Goblin Slayer” episode 4 is titled “The Strong” and, apart from that, nothing much is revealed about the upcoming installment. An official simulcast of a new episode airs every Saturday at 12:30 p.m. EDT via the streaming platform Crunchyroll.
