Omsk Oblast Governor Vitaly Khotsenko said a drone attack targeted a logistics center Oct. 24, and Ozon identified it as its own; reports put Omsk about 2,500 kilometers from Ukraine or its border.

Ozon said staff were evacuated and a fire broke out at the center. The retailer said preliminary information indicated no one was injured. Reports by Ukrainska Pravda, Meduza and The Kyiv Independent describe Omsk as roughly that distance from Ukraine or its border, but do not specify the points used to measure it.

Exilenova+ separately reported a fire at petrochemical producer Omsky Kauchuk and published video it described as showing the aftermath. A Dnipro Osint analyst said preliminary geolocation pointed to possible impact points near the plant’s D-3 and D-5 units. Khotsenko and Ozon did not confirm damage to the plant, and The Kyiv Independent said it could not immediately verify the reports.

Ukraine’s General Staff reported strikes in Tolyatti, Oryol and Yeysk on Oct. 23 and overnight into Oct. 24. It said its forces hit the Tolyattikauchuk plant in Tolyatti, Proton-Electrotex’s main production building in Oryol, and an aircraft at Yeysk airfield. The General Staff linked damage to the Tolyattikauchuk plant to raw-material supplies for Russia’s missile program. Its account did not list Omsk among the targets.
