LOS ANGELES, CA , Feb. 27, 2018 -- Green Cures and Botanical Distribution, Inc. (OTC PINK: GRCU), an innovative hemp-infused nutrition, botanical, sports, and body care products company, has signed a four-year agreement with Humboldt Cannabis AF in California to produce licensed cannabis and CBD products.

Humboldt Cannabis AF is a cannabis and CBD company in Humboldt, California (the epicenter of California’s thriving recreational, adult-use cannabis market), specializing in producing celebrity branded and licensed cannabis products. Not only will GRCU look to products to be sold retail/dispensary but will rely on Humboldt for CBD product development.

The company is currently working to finish designing and producing the sleek, new, luxury-branded packaging for these new products, and is also waiting on state-issued permits. When the packaging and permits arrive, the company will look forward to selling its new product lines to California’s many recreational cannabis consumers.
