Investors who buy Guggenheim Active Allocation Fund shares on or after Nov. 13 will not qualify for its $0.11875-per-share November distribution, unchanged from its October payment.

The fund declared the distribution Monday, Nov. 2. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker GUG. The fund lists Nov. 13 as both the record date and the ex-dividend date. Shareholders of record that day qualify, while purchases made on or after the ex-dividend date do not carry the November payment.

Payment is scheduled for Nov. 30. The fund expects some of the distribution to be reported as return of capital. It has not provided an amount and will finalize the tax classification at year-end.

Guggenheim Active Allocation Fund is a diversified closed-end management investment company. It seeks returns through income and capital appreciation.
