Not many economic dockets scheduled for today, focus on Euro zone GDP.

Data released so far 

  • UK - BRC retail sales dropped -0.4% in November.
  • Australia - National Australia Bank's business confidence rose from 2 to 5 in November, while business conditions improved to 10 from 9.
  • China - Imports dropped -8.7% in November from a year ago, while export is down -6.8% y/y. Trade balance for November came at $54.1 billion.

  • Japan - Eco watchers survey to be released at 5:00 GMT.
     
  • France - Trade balance and budget for October to be released at 5:00 GMT.
     
  • UK - Industrial and manufacturing production for October to be released at 9:30 GMT. NISER GDP estimate will be released at 15:00 GMT.
